How To Build Healthy Habits

Hi everyone and welcome to my first official blog post! Today I will be talking about healthy habits to build. I wanted to start with this because this is really the basis of surviving high school. We all have habits . It mainly what we do on a daily basis. But you have to evaluate: for each custom you have figure out does it make you feel happy and set you up for success or not. Is its the latter, your habit structure does need change. because you deserve a healthy happy lifestyle and forming habits its extremely significant in this process. I know forming habits can be really hard, trust me, I know. for example, starting high school forces you into new habits that have taken me almost year to become accustomed to them. Some I haven't even formed! It really requires a whole lot of discipline and that take a whole lot of energy; But, if yo want the lifestyle  you deserve, you've got to be motivated and stick to your habit forming. My step to step guide for forming a habit.:

First, identify the habit you want to implement. You need to know what you want to do specifically and schedule it. We can't just let our ideas stay as ideas so try and do this gradually so you can get used to it. Slow and steady wins the race: small changes can end up being your lifestyle development.

Next, figure out what is preventing you from doing the action. Usually, you have another habit in the way that is less rewarding in general. You can try to reschedule this other habit or delete it completely ( if it is not necessary or something you nloy).

Now you might like some type of motivation like reward system. I think this always help because who doesn't love to treat themselves to some McDonalds? The satisfaction you get from ticking of the check box is a reward in tits elf and motivates you to keep your forming your healthy habit.
